Law graduate with second class honors from Dar Aluloom University. My experience applied several theories of legal, auditing, governance, and compliance in Saudi Arabia. Those theories implied the sight of providing legal advice and managing legal cases in Saudi Arabia Court Systems, enhance audit environment, policies and procedure of organization, implementing risk management processes in accordance with the Committee of Sponsoring Organizations' requirements, identifying internal controls to mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with the latest regulations, defining corporate governance, and clarifying the roles and responsibilities of various stakeholders in public and private institutions. Holding advanced certificates in Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRCP, GRCA, IPMP), which provides expertise in a variety of aspects in structuring boards of directors and committees. Additionally, certified in project management and hold a (PMP) certificate, which is equipped with skills in conducting economic feasibility studies, evaluating project offers, writing proposals, tracking project changes, and monitoring workflow performance.
