Our History

Established in 1995, AL-SOAIB & PARTNERS has built a legacy of legal excellence—serving clients across Saudi Arabia and beyond with integrity, insight, and international expertise

Our journey began in 1995 when Attorney Mohammed Hamad AlSoaib established the firm with a vision to elevate legal practice in Saudi Arabia to international standards. From our inception, we have served over 200 foreign companies from Europe, the United States, and East Asia, actively contributing to improving the Kingdom’s investment climate through strategic studies submitted to the General Investment Authority and participation in the World Bank’s global surveys for several consecutive years. For three decades, legal excellence, integrity and the success of our clients has been our primary focus.

1995 >

Foundation and Early Growth

AL-SOAIB & PARTNERS established in Riyadh. Successfully served over 200 foreign companies from Europe, the United States, and East Asia. Actively contributed to improving Saudi Arabia's investment climate through strategic studies submitted to the General Investment Authority and multi-year participation in World Bank global surveys. Received recognition from the General Investment Authority, leading to membership in the 10x10 Program and contributions to World Bank initiatives.

Strategic Expansion

Opened Jeddah branch to serve clients in the western region of Saudi Arabia, operating successfully until 2008.

2005 >

International Collaboration

Represented La Poste (French postal service) in legal coverage for collaboration with Saudi Post on the "Wasil" project, demonstrating expertise in international partnership structures.

Environmental & Infrastructure Projects

Provided comprehensive legal coverage for waste recycling project implementation in cooperation with German company Dornier, commissioned by the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs.

Opened Eastern Province branch in response to client demand, serving the region's growing business community for two years.

Successfully navigated COVID-19 pandemic challenges while maintaining continuous client service. Provided specialized legal advisory services to the Postal Services Company under Saudi Post ownership.

Delivered comprehensive legal support for establishment of closed joint stock company between Sand Company and Elm Company under Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) supervision. Services included complete corporate structuring, governance frameworks, and ongoing legal counsel.
