وتهدف الوزارة من مقدمي خدمات التنفيذ تطبيق لإشراك القطاع الخاص في توفير هذه الخدمات لضمان سرعة التسليم مع تحسين العمل وتوفير فرص العمل من خلال التدريب على أعمال القطاع الخاص.[:]
