I have 5 years of experience in drafting and reviewing multiple types of Contracts , establishing new entity within the Saudi region, handling tax disputes with regards to the legal position, merge, acquisition, liquidation and finally litigation in commercial, real estate, construction and labor area. I am working on my Attorney license by completing the certain legal courses by the legal training center. When I am not working, I spend my time in fulfilling and relaxing pursuits such as reading, styling some outfits, exercising and have some Yoga and meditation sessions. I enjoy connecting and networking with new people and I am open to have business deals from any region.
